Zalando War Machine

A short video poem about the emerging symbiosis of global pandemics and delivery services. The camera flows through a protein molecule, accompanied by footage from a semi-automated fulfilment centre. The poem is read in a deep growl, reminiscent of extreme metal.

About the artist: Jozef Mrva Jr.

Born in 1988, I am a visual artist, graphic designer and teacher living in Prague. My work revolves around examining complex networks from the viewpoint of topology and mathematics, de-centring the subject and searching for extra-personal perspectives to look through. I work through objects, 3D animations and painting. I am currently finishing my postdoc degree in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology in Brno, Czech Republic.
